Blair Nexz Genz (블레어 넥스트 젠스; also stylized as BlairNBG) is an official in-training pre-debut team under Blair Music, they are expected to make their debut sometime in 2026/2027.
At the current moment, the pre-debut team consists of 5 trainees: Tommy Jeon, Hamada Ichigo, Kim Jinyoung, Micha Loussier, Kim Tanma, and Bang Lumen.

Pre-debut 2024: Formation[]
On August 31, along with the announcement of Tommy Jeon joining the company, it was also announced that Tommy will be placed into the unit Blair Nexz Genz as its first confirmed pre-debut member. Members will join through the duration of the pre-debut process until the final line up is revealed. Along with the announcement that Tommy will be making his soloist debut as he waits for the group to formally debut.
On September 6, Micha Loussier was revealed as the second member to join the pre-debut team.
On October 8, it was announced that the pre-debut unit will be a new member near the the end of the month.
On October 10, the group started to air on their YouTube, weekly vlogs and experiences under the title "Blair Diaries" which captures the pre-debut team going through their training period, such as recording lines, member selection, living in a dorm together etc.
On October 19, Ying Gaming was revealed as the third member to join the pre-debut team.
On November 11, it was announced that none of the current Blair Boys trainees passed the audition drive for the November audition, the group will continue with the three current members with a focus on finding an addition for December.
On December 13, it was announced that for a second month in a row, no Blair Boys trainee passed the audition.
On December 17, Tommy debuted as a soloist with his mini album "Sweetness Temptation".
Pre-debut 2025: additional member and line up changes[]
On January 16, it was announced that after almost 2 months of no new member additions, a Blair Boys trainee has finally been selected to join the line up, they will be revealed on January 27.
On January 27, Bang Lumen was revealed as the fourth member to join the pre-debut team.
On March 7, the group performed their first ever original song "The Long Stretch" during the NAVIS COLUMBA subsidiaries trainee showcase.
On March 16, Ying Gaming's trainee profile was removed from the teams website, indicating that he left the team, bringing the team count back to three.
On May 6, Hamada Ichigo was revealed as the fourth member to join the pre-debut team.
On June 7, Kim Jinyoung and Kim Tanma were revealed as the fifth and sixth members to join the pre-debut team respectively. Along with that, it was announced that the line up will remain as six until October of 2025, during which a revamp will occur and members will be added and withdrawn depending on the results.
On October 20, it was announced that Hamada Ichigo's trainee profile was removed, indicating that he left the team, bringing the count back to five.
On October 29, it was announced that TBA, TBA, and TBA joined bringing the line up to eight.
