Baek Kyungjoon (백경준) is a Korean trainee under Blair Music.
He is best known for being a member of Blair Music's pre-debut trainee team Blair Boys, and also being a member of the project boy group DESN.
History[]
Early Life[]
Baek Kyungjoon was born on January 2, 2007, in Ogam-dong, Mokpo, South Jeolla, South Korea, to a couple whose names are undisclosed. He has two siblings, an older sister Baek Minhee born in 2003, and a younger brother Baek Juno born in 2010. His father is a dentist for small children, while his mother is a stay at home mother, who ran an after school piano program.
Growing up, Kyungjoon was always interested in music, after being taught by his mother how to play the piano at a young age. He began to attend proper lessons at his towns music program, in hopes of preparing him for auditioning for companies when he is older.
As he continued on, he realized rather quickly, that he wasn't the best singer, but what he excelled at was rapping, quickly changing routes, he began learning how to write raps, due to him learning how to play the piano at a young age, he was already able to read sheet music, which put him at a further advantage when he started learning how to write raps.
Once he was old enough he started auditioning for entertainment companies. It was here where he passed the audition for Blair Entertainment, who offered him a trainee contract.
Joining Blair Music[]
On September 28, 2023, Kyungjoon joined Blair Music's pre-debut trainee team Blair Boys at 16 years old.
During his time as a trainee, he started showing promise as a rapper, during this point in time, he was offered a spot in DESN a trainee unit featuring promising trainees from 3 other companies, to which he accepted.

From April 2024 until TBA Kyungjoon along with Daeil's rankings were frozen due to their participation in DESN.

Career[]
2024-Present: Debut with DESN[]
On February 16, Kyungjoon was announced as a member of DESN, alongside fellow Blair Boys trainee Noh Daeil, Shingyu Studio's Yang Seunggeum, and Liu Wencheng, Olympic Records' Lee Ryeohan, and Walter Park, and Big Planet Creative's Kim Wonwoo, and Choi Hongjoon.
They are expected to make their debut sometime in April.

When Kyungjoon joined the company, he was in his first year of high school. Following the end of the school year in March of 2024, he transferred to Hanlim Multi Art School, and joined its Department of Applied Music.
As of March 2024, he is currently in his second year of high school.
Personality[]
Once you get to know Kyungjoon, he really is just a playful puppy, often being told that he is very cute when he is around the older members and trainees.
He is often excitable and prone to laughing, having a more playful personality. He is also verry outgoing, being one that goes with the flow of things, never really having any problem with having to do something different last minute. Due to this, he is quite a popular trainee, because of his laid back attitude the other trainees often choose him for their evaluations because he can do anything and has no issues with sudden changes.
Friendships[]
- Sim Jookyung: Kyungjoon was one of the first trainees that Jookyung first met when he joined Blair Entertainment. They quickly became close friends with each other after hanging out the first few days that Jookyung was a trainee and have since been seen having Blair Boys lives with him and Harua.
- Hinode Harua: Harua, along with Jookyung and Kyungjoon are often seen with each other, being dubbed the triplets, due to them all being born in 2007 and in the early half of the year. They are often seen hanging out at internet cafe's together on their free time, with fans dubbing the trio KyungJooHa which is the first word of their sir names.
