Bae Yeju (배예주), or simply Yeju, is a South Korean singer under Big Planet Creative. She made her debut on May 15, 2023.
She is best known for her participation in the project girl group, LUNIVER which was formed through the survival show Star Maker 101.
Career[]
2022-2023: Star Maker 101, debut with LUNIVER, LUNIVER disbandment, solo debut, first comeback with IVORY[]
In January of 2022, she was announced as a contestant on the survival show Star Maker 101 representing Big Planet Creative. During the show's finale, she was revealed to have ranked 9th overall, making her a member of LUNIVER as the group's lead vocalist and main dancer. The group made their official debut on May 2, 2022.
In February 2023, DIAMOND Entertainment officially announced the conclusion of LUNIVER. Yeju returned to Big Planet Creative with preparations for a solo debut. On her birthday, April 28, Big Planet Creative announced that Yeju will be making her solo debut in May. On May 15, Yeju made her debut with her first single album, "BLOOMING HEART" with ARIA serving as the album's lead single.
On October 23, 2023, Yeju made her first comeback with her second single album, "IVORY" with WICKED LOVE serving as the album's lead single.
2024: RANKDOWN, MAKE YOU MINE[]
On April 19, 2024, MBS officially announced that Yeju would be one of their newest MC's for the music show, RANKDOWN.
On May 22, Yeju announced her first digital single, "MAKE YOU MINE" in collaboration with the legendary, 4REALMS.
2025-present: In The Bunker, OBSESSION, ETERNALLY YOURS[]
On January 14, Yeju was announced as the MC for upcoming survival show In The Bunker. Scheduled to premiere in February 2025.
On January 29, it was reported that Yeju would be having a comeback in February with a song called, "OBSESSION" featuring Moon Yujin.
