BE.LIV (Short for BE Living in Vibe) is a music streaming service developed by Xiverse Technologies and software developer Raffi Kang. It was launched in 2015 and was highly publicized as a potential "alternative service to streaming giants" with its above average sound quality and better artist/songwriter compensation. The platform features both a paid and free membership tier service, with the former having a wider variety of features and lack of paywalled restrictions. Having distribution agreements with major and minor record labels from South Korea and overseas, the app features a catalog of over 45 million tracks and 10,000 music videos.
Initially having a small userbase, BE.LIV began exploding in popularity sometime during the start of the 2020s. As of 2024, BE.LIV is the fourth largest music streaming service in South Korea, behind major competitors MelOn, YouTube, and Genie, hold approximately 15-17% of market share. The company has began expanding overseas, launching regional operations in Southeast Asia in 2025.
BE.LIV is the current main sponsor and donor of MBS music charts program MBS Rankdown. In 2017, the program switched from the Circle Digital Chart to BE.LIV's personal weekly chart for its Digital criteria, and has continued to use it since.
