Kim Jihyun (김지현), better known by her stage name Aria, is a South Korean idol under Moon Choir Entertainment. She debuted as a member of the girl group Nabi in December 2023 and would later debut as a soloist in 2025.
Personality[]
Aria is a very grounded, soft spoken person. She decribes herself as a "rather listen than speak" type of person, but usually doesn't shy away from a good conversation.
Pre-debut life[]
Pre-trainee period[]
She was born in Seoul, South Korea on August 2004. Her childhood was pretty normal in comparison to the other members. On 2010 she begun taking singing and guitar classes, which prompted herto compete on few school-level talent shows, most of which she won.
In 2019 she sent an audition tape to Ethereal Productions in which she sang Fine by Taeyeon, and got accepted into the label a few weeks later.
Trainee period[]
Even though she only got a few months of training before the company had to shut down during the pandemic, once Ethereal returned to activityon 2021 she was one of the first trainees considered for the B.O.B. program. Aria ended up being the first member selected to be on Nabi, as early as March 2023.
Career[]
2023-present: Debut and career as a Nabi member[]
Aria was told from the very beggining that, even if the group wouldn't have specific positions, she was going to officiate as the group's main vocalist, which inspired her to chose the aforementioned stage name.
She, alongside the rest of the Nabi members (and the group itself) moved to Moon Choir Entertainment when it was founded.
Aria was once caught in a scandal after defending Nayeon from a fan who tried to touch her indecently: during a fanmeeting, a male fan attemped to grope Nayeon's chest multiple times but the security guards weren't paying atention. When she noticed her groupmate's uncomfortability, Aria stood up and screamed to his face "Don't touch her!", she then turned around and asked security to scort him out, otherwise she wouldn't continue the event. While majority of the fans applauded Aria for the way she acted, K-netizens shamed her for "not allowing a fan the enjoyment of meeting their favorite artists" and for not acting like an idol. Moon Choir Entertainment released a statement clarifying that they would never shame Aria for protecting her fellow members and anyone who anyone who disagreed with that stance was objectively wrong.
2025: Solo debut[]
Aria was the first member of the group to make her solo debut. She released UMAMI on December 12, 2025.
After a long break, she released her second EP named AREA on October 17, 2027.

Trivia[]
- Favorite food: Anything that contains cinnamon.
- Hobbies: Cooking and baking.
- Fans lovingly call Aria "Nabi's main NPC" due to how easy it is for her to blend into the background. The K-pop community knows her for a sped up GIF in which the other members run around the room and she's completely still. Some people are shocked when thy find out the original video lasts a whole 8 minutes and she barely moves at all.
- Even thought she's known for being quiet and peaceful, Aria is regarded as he group's main performer.
- Aria is the member who's revealed/teased the most information about upcoming releases. She thinks it's funny to spoil fans.
