He wants to make sure that nobody's feelings get hurt, and that everyone has a say. He is a strong team player due to this and helps bring any group together.
Yeonseok is a very social person. His natural kind attitude allows him to get along with lots of people. Yeonseok isn't the biggest talker, but loves listening to others and getting to know them.
