Ahn Nayoung is a singer under DUCK Production International. She is a former member of the girl group LUMINA. She was a contestant on the survival show Star Maker 101.
Career[]
2015-2019: The Next Magic Girls, LUMINA[]
On June 25, 2015 Nayoung participated on The Next Magic Girls. She ranked first, therefore debuting in the show’s final group LUMINA.
The group debuted in 2015 with “Light”.
They disbanded after their 4-year contract ended with Magic Entertainment, and she returned to Jellyfish Entertainment. The same year, she debuted as a soloist with the mini album "YOUNG", referencing the last part of her name.
2022: Star Maker 101[]
She left Jellyfish Entertainment, joined DUCK Production International releasing songs for OST’s.
She eventually auditioned for Star Maker 101 as her last chance to debut with a group. She passed and was confirmed she would participate on the show by her company. She was eliminated and chose to become a soloist instead of trying to be in another group.
She was announced as one of the judges for Exo Planet 999 in 2022.
