Aekyung (애경) is a Korean singer currently under Olympic Records. She is a main rapper and lead vocalist of the co-ed group After School Club and it's female subunit, CLASS:g.
Early Life[]
Trainee period[]
Aekyung formally became an Olympic Records trainee during their 2017 Winter Scout that took place in her home city of Busan. Ranking thin the top ten of the scouting period, she signed a trainee contract and moved to Seoul to begin her training.
She was introduced as a member of DEMIGXDS, the company's pre-debut trainee team in September 2020 alongside fellow trainee Margaux. Aekyung has stated in a V-Live that she was initially placed into DEMIGXDS to begin to accumulate attention for the company's next girl group following After School Club. Given her popular reception, however, she was placed as the member to debut in November, causing her to leave the pre-debut team upon her formal debut in November 2020.

2020: Debut with GEOGRAPHY [ AEKYUNG ][]
On November 28, Aekyung was revealed as After School Club's eighth member. On December 31, the music video for her single, 'The Story of the Earth,' was released thus marking her debut.
