7TO7 was a Boy Group under DOUBLE JOY Entertainment who debuted on 2005 with 7 members: Sangmin, Ji Yan, Taejin,Minho,Kihean,Reohyung and Hyungmin With the single "The Seven Skies".
The Group disbanded on May 25, 2019.
History[]
7TO7 was formed under a different lineup: Sangmin, Kyungmin, Hyungmin, Reohyung, Taejin, Kihean and Minho, but due to some issues Pre-Debut member Kyungmin left Double Joy entertainment. Before Debuting they added member Ji Yan into the group to complete the 7 Member Line-Up.
Debuting in 2005 with "The Seven Skies" as a Debut Single, before making their first Mini-Album. In July 17, 2010 member Reohyung Filled a Lawsuit against DOUBLE JOY Entertainment just to terminate the contract with the company, The company decided to terminate the contract with ex-member Reohyung.
In September 5, 2010 DOUBLE JOY Entertainment Presented The newest member, Minkyung to join 7TO7.
In November 21, 2013 member Hyungmin decided to step out of the public by leaving the group and member Minkyung decided to leave the group and the company due to his personal matter.Hyungmin decided to remain on DOUBLE JOY Entertainment, but Minkyung decided to go, They also stated that they needed some time to think for their future.
in January 17, 2014 DOUBLE JOY Entertainment decided to add new members to the group: Engeun and Kyungjin. To complete the 7th Line-Up once more. As they were the two youngest of the group, DOUBLE JOY Entertainment decided to make a sub unit just for the maknaes called 7X7.
in May 25, 2019 DOUBLE JOY Entertainment released a statement confirming that 7TO7 has officially disbanded since members Sangmin, Ji Yan, Taejin,Minho and Kihean were hiatus. The rest of the members: Eungeun and Kyung Jin decided to leave the company.
Members: Eungeun and Kyung Jin filled a Lawsuit against DOUBLE JOY Entertainment because their Addment to the group was Pointless, They didn't get any Promotions with the other members except 7X7 a duo created for them two. At this point, all the years that These two got wasted on, DOUBLE JOY Entertainment can be defuncted sooner.
