Nobuo Kinoshita (木下 暢夫, Kinoshita Nobuo), known professionally as 6LOOM (ブルーム, pronounced "bloom"), is a Japanese musician and guitarist. He made his debut under FUSE on June 18, 2018 with the single album, Wine and it’s lead single of the same name.
Early life[]
Norman Kinoshita was born on November 9, 2000, in Osaka, Japan. His father was a factory worker and his mother ran a small flower shop. As the younger of two siblings, with an older brother who introduced him to music, Nobuo grew up surrounded by theeclectic sounds of his neighborhood. He first picked up a guitar at age eight, a secondhand instrument gifted by afamily friend, and taught himself to play by mimicking rock riffs he heard on the radio.
Kinoshita's passion deepened when he discovered Western rock bands, spending hours after school practicing in his room. At 15, he formed a short-lived garage band with friends.
His turning point came in 2016 when, at 16, he busked on the streets of Osaka’s Dotonbori district during a school break. A scout from FUSE spotted him playing an original composition and offered him an audition. After submitting a demo tape featuring his guitar work and raw vocals, he traveled to Tokyo in early 2017 for a formal tryout. FUSE signed him as a trainee that spring. He relocated to Tokyo, living in a company dorm while attending a local high school part-time.

2018-2019[]
In May 2018, FUSE revealing that Kinoshita would debut under the stage name 6LOOM. On June 18, 2018, 6LOOM made his debut with the self-produced single album, Wine with it’s lead single of the same name. The song earned a cult following among rock fans and modest airplay on indie stations.
FUSE paired him with producers to push his sound. He released a digital single, "COME AND GO," on November 9, 2019, as a birthday gift to fans.

6LOOM has cited Nirvana, Happy End, The Beatles, and Billy Idol as musical influences. He has called Nirvana a "big influence" on him as a performer and said that he first wanted to become a professional musician when he was 13 years old after seeing a VHS of the band's 1992 Reading Festival performance borrowed from his brothers collection.
