49 (포티나인) is a South Korean recording label & Entertainment agency. It was founded on early 2024 by former VIOLET member Han Jiyoo & former NEBULA CEO Jun Hyunbin.

On February 1, 2024, DisKover revealed that former VIOLET member, Han Jiyoo, and former NEBULA CEO, Jun Hyunbin, would be joining forces on an entertainment agency called 49.
On March 1, 2024, 49 announced that they will be holding auditions for their first ever girl group. Auditions would be going for 1 Month both online and in-person starting March 18 till April 19, 2024.
